This community is in a great location and for the price you can't beat it. I will say that I've been a bit underwhelmed with ... the responsiveness of the maintenance team. I had an issue that took a couple days to get addressed and wasn't fixed properly the first time. However, I will say that when I brought this up to management it was addressed and taken care of quickly. Since that one issue all had been great. Read More about Good ValueBy: Roy Young
